Noa Meidan is an expert in Tenders Law and provides legal counsel to leading companies in Israel, as well as to governmental committees.
Heading the firm's Project Finance (PFI) department, Ms. Meidan has been intensively involved in most of Israel's largest-scale and mission-critical infrastructure projects, in which the firm has represented the relevant government ministries. These projects include the Carmel Tunnels (currently acting as legal counsel to the Carmel Tunnels Authority), five seawater desalination facilities, and highways 431 and 531. Noa has also been involved in the financing of the Yam Tethys Natural Gas Project, and is currently involved in the Tel Aviv Light Rail project, among others.
Ms. Meidan also has extensive experience in large-scale commercial transactions and negotiations. Examples include drafting the agreements required for the construction of Tnuva’s new dairy at Eilon Tavor (a $400 million project), and serving as legal counsel to Computer Associates International (CA) in its purchase of the shares of Israeli companies Iris and Security 7.
In the 2009 edition of the European Legal Experts Index, Noa Meidan is listed as one of the leading lawyers in Israel in Project Finance.

Prior to joining Genesis Partners, Jonny was at Gemini Israel Funds where he focused on software investments and fund operations management. Before venture capital, Jonny worked as head of sales, marketing and distribution at UK-based Waterlogic. Prior to this, Jonny joined Barak International Telecom Corp as one of the first employees, helping the company grow to 400 employees and overseeing product management and marketing . Previously Jonny served in the Intelligence Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces commanding large operational teams in technology-related projects, and holds the rank of Lieutenant colonel.
Jonny holds an MBA from Oxford University and a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Mike Laor has served as Ness chief financial officer and executive vice president since March 2013. Prior to Ness Mr. Laor served as CFO of Motorola Solutions Israel, Exanet (now part of Dell Inc.), FIS Software, Wiztec Solutions, and then as director of finance at Convergys, after it acquired Wiztec. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Laor served as finance director of Zeraim Gadera (now part of Syngenta), an international agro-technology company. From 1991 to 1994, he served as senior portfolio coordinator at Kesselman and Kesselman, a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers, a global auditing provider, where he performed audits of Israeli and U.S. firms and participated in public offerings. Mr. Laor holds a B.A. in accounting and economics and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University, and is a certified public accountant. He was born in Australia and lives in Israel.
